OMG! 2 digitally colored pics in 1 day?! the world must be ending!!
either that or i just found the full extent of my Doctor Who fetish again x3 i really want to get all those pics colored that i said i would >_>
anyway, i can't remember why i originally drew this pic...i drew the dang thing months ago...oh well x3 now it's kinda symbolic...ish...for after Doomsday...>_> that's why the Doctor's transparent....yeah x3 why the area around Rose and under the umbrella is lighter than the rest is something i'm not too sure about my self x3 i just liked the idea...

I really like this picture and how symbolic it is. It makes me want to cry though 
I like how you tried to make the rest of the area around Rose dry, but still let her get wet. It's like he's there to shield her from her problems, like cheriluvs10 said, but she lets herself get drenched anyway.
She goes through her problems and makes herself sad on purpose, because she wants to be with him.
